Sergej is part of the ISEDA project, currently working as a programmer on a serious game which will serve as a training tool for police officers interviewing victims of domestic violence.

He studied computer science at the University of Paderborn, graduating with his bachelor’s thesis on the use of educational games for mobile phones in 2015. After having worked in a team of freelance developers on a successful simulator game for five years, he has since been part of a German game studio, programming for several simulation and adventure titles. 

At Cologne Game Lab, he has the opportunity to further move towards his long-standing interest: Using games for more than mere entertainment.
