Nina Kiel was a research assistant at both the Cologne Game Lab and the Institute for Media Research and Media Education at TH Köln. As an expert in the fields of diversity, equity, and inclusion with more than ten years of experience in both game studies and game development, they joined the team of the InclusiveGameLab, a project dedicated to promoting accessibility and inclusion in the games industry as well as in the field of media education.
They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design from Hochschule Düsseldorf and a Master’s degree in Game Development & Research from the Cologne Game Lab.
