First Steps, Bold Ideas: Collaborative Projects 2025/26
With the winter semester 2025/26 coming to a close, the very first cohort of our new BA program has completed its inaugural Collaborative Projects — and what a debut it is. Under the project type Ludic Games, students developed six charming, playful, and remarkably confident prototypes that already showcase an impressive range of creativity, mechanical experimentation, and thematic ambition.
From Tiny Witch Big Disaster, a fast-paced arcade rescue mission about magical chaos and sisterly responsibility, to Bouncy Pals, a physics-driven circus platformer full of slapstick momentum; from the dystopian AI-cult strategy defense game Roseism to the tender, memory-bending photo-album journey Good Memories; from the chaotic, dopamine-fueled space truck simulator STARSTRUCK to Prandium, a systemic cooking simulator satirizing fantasy and isekai tropes — these projects demonstrate not only playful inventiveness, but also an early grasp of systems design, tone, and player experience.
For first-semester collaborative works, the level of craft, humor, and conceptual clarity is truly impressive. We’re excited to share these first bold steps — and even more excited to see where this cohort will go next.
