INTERVIEW SCHEDULE

Dear CGL applicants,

First and foremost, thank you for your interest in the Cologne Game Lab and for the time, creativity, and effort you invested in your application.

We have received and carefully reviewed all submitted materials through our Aptitude Assessment Commission. The first phase of the application process has now been completed, and we are pleased to move on to the interview round.

How to Check Your Status

Below this message, you will find the interview schedules.

Please search for your unique application number to check whether you have been invited to an interview. You received this number by email after submitting your application through our website.

To make the search easier, use:

  • Ctrl + F on Windows
  • Command + F on Mac

This will open your browser search function, where you can enter your application number.

If Your Number Appears in the Schedule

If your application number appears in the interview schedule, the date and time listed next to it are your personal interview appointment.

If Your Number Does Not Appear in the Schedule

Please scroll down to the section No Invitation at the bottom of this page. There you will find the applicant numbers of those who were not invited to the interview round.

Multiple Application Numbers

If you have more than one application number, please check all of them.

Interview Format

All interviews will be conducted online via Zoom.

Applicants selected for the interview round will receive an email no later than next week with the Zoom access details.

Important Information

  • Interviews will last 10 minutes.
  • Please install Zoom at least one day before your interview: https://zoom.us/
  • Make sure your Zoom account clearly displays your full name.
  • Please be online 10 minutes before your scheduled interview time.
  • We will do our best to begin on time, but delays of up to 30 minutes may occur.
  • Please test your internet connection, microphone, and camera in advance.
  • If possible, we recommend using headphones for the best audio quality.

If You Cannot Attend

Please contact us at study-badg[at]colognegamelab.de at least three days before your interview only if you are unable to attend.

If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you will attend your scheduled interview.
