In “Tukki & Champ” a chameleon rides a toucan and they compete for food in an asymmetrical, local 2-player matchup. The game is set in a two-dimensional jungle from a sideview perspective. A number of insects float around the scene. The players compete to catch them first. “Tukki” can flap his wings to control his height and switch directions to move left and right. Upon getting close to an insect, he grabs it automatically. “Champ” can shoot out his tongue in any direction, but with limited range. If it hits an insect, his score increases. “Tukki & Champ” is easy to pick up, but offers plenty of skilled ways to outwit and outmaneuver opponents once you get the hang of it.
