In Bernard’s Bakery the player is put in charge of a cute bakery, producing pastries to sell over the course of a day. Depending on quality and quantity, some goods are not bought and thus are discarded. Reflection on the daily amount of waste will then lead to adjustments in production for the next day – ultimately reducing food waste.
