Say My Name emulates a conversation with a personality fragment assisting the player with basic therapeutic concepts and reflection questions. Additionally, it provides a safe space for players to familiarise themselves with the context and tone of therapy. Players create a personality line-up based on the OCEAN model, learn about cognitive dissonances and conceptualise an emergency suitcase. They are introduced to mindfulness and other grounding exercises and receive information on how to maintain and improve their mental wellbeing.
